Reference Design engineer Relevant work experience range: 4 to 6 years Education level: Bachelors or Masters engineering degree in Electronics Description: Job Responsibilities include design and verification of Reference Design Kits for large volume production. This engineer is expected to apply extensive knowledge from previous experience in RF layout techniques on multi-layered PC Boards and will supervise and provide guidance to PC Board layout designers. These products work greater than 10GHz, have wide band width and employ OFDM modulation scheme. We need a person who has - Developing hardware, firmware and software for testing OFDM based UWB systems. Test software features includes:

Product Development Engineer – Design-for-testability focus Relevant work experience range: 3 to 5 years Education level : Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering Description : Product Development Engineer (PDE) will be responsible for implementing design-for-testability (DFT) features into WiQuest devices. PDE will also be responsible for developing and maintaining WiQuest design-for-test and design-to-test (DTT) flows and tools. DFT implementation involves register transfer level (RTL) DFT controller design in Verilog HDL, memory BIST insertion, integration of DFT features to chip top level RTL, generating and providing back-end constraints, RTL and gate level verification, automatic test pattern generation (ATPG) and ATPG pattern verification. DTT flow co-developed and maintained by PDE will be used to (1) verify DFT features from chip top level, (2) generating functional production test patterns, (3) porting ATPG patterns to Standard Test Interface Language (STIL – IEEE1450) patterns (4) generating device set-up patterns for analog and RF testing and (5) converting design patterns to cyclized STIL patterns. Flows and tools for DFT includes scripts and programs required for DFT controller generation given a high level description in documents such as XL spread sheets. Tools for DTT include scripts and programs for generating Verilog test benches and cyclized test patterns from a test flow description. We are in the process of developing flows, tools and methodologies for improving product and test engineering efficiency. There is opportunity for this person to participate in the development of: - Test development tools and flows around our test platform of choice.
- Test data analysis tools for yield monitoring and improvement and characterization of device across process, voltage and temperature and (3) Qualification test result analysis

An excellent leader in the Ultrawideband wireless market is seeking a Senior RFIC Design Engineer. Viable candidates for this job must possess a minimum of 10 years of previous related experience
in RFIC design engineering for products and applications in wireless communications.
Technical responsibilities:
- Work in the development of UWB design solutions.
- Design key RF building blocks, primarily CMOS RF Synthesizers, but also including LNA’s, mixers, voltage-controlled oscillators, amplifiers, etc.
- Assist with layout of above building blocks.
- Integrate multiple building blocks into a complete design.
- Evaluate and characterize designs in the lab.
- Assist (or perform) RF Systems Engineering in determining appropriate specifications for IC building blocks.
